At Heaven Scent, your satisfaction is our priority; if you are not completely enchanted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
